Rich countries electronic waste means pollution for poor countries

Electronic waste is something very dangerous for poor countries because it means environmental pollution and it is also dangerous for health. One of the greatest problems is children, because they usually rummage about in the rubbish to get some money and so they get contaminated by heavy metals (cadmium, lead…) which are very dangerous for health.
Some possible solutions are:
The first thing is to make people conscious that e-waste is not common waste, so it needs special treatment and most important that it shouldn’t be thrown away anywhere.
Secondly, companies must worry about the placement, treatment and recycling of their products. They should reduce the amount of waste recycling and re-using them.
